I was flagged because of my video quality. What should I do?

If you were flagged, it was because there was an issue with the quality of one or more of your video responses and our client would like you to try to record again. 
If we flagged your response for video quality, these tips may help you successfully re-record. Usually videos freeze when there is a  poor upstream internet connection and you were using the old recorder. There are a few things you can do to correct this:
1. Plug your computer directly into your router or modem with an ethernet cable. This will ensure you get the best connection to our servers. Using wireless internet often results in a less stable connection that impacts video recording and causes freezing or dropped frames. You may need to reboot your machine after doing this.
2. If you are using your internet for other applications at the same time, such as torrent sharing, video gaming (XBox, Playstation, or Wii), or movie streaming, quit those applications before recording.
3. Verify that no one else in your household is sharing your connection and/or using it for any of the activities mentioned above.
