I received an email that said my answers were rejected. What do I do?

Don't panic.  This happens from time to time; responses can be "flagged" and re-recorded.  Read the note from the researcher and see what you can do to correct the problem.  Most of the time, there is a problem with your video or audio that will require you to re-record one or more answers.  To avoid this issue, always review your videos before saving them. Your researcher should never comment on the content of your videos.  If you review your videos and feel the researcher's comments are out of line, please contact us at support@mindswarms.com
